Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. Plans change, carts get full, and sometimes you hit “buy” a little too fast. That’s why our cancellation policy is just as thoughtful and flexible as we are.

For one-time purchases: If you need to cancel your order, please reach out within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@soluwellness.com. If we haven’t started processing or shipping it yet, we’ll cancel and refund it in full, no questions asked.

After that 12-hour window, we can’t guarantee cancellation because the order has likely already reached our warehouse. Even so, we’ll do everything we can to help. If your order has already shipped, you may still be eligible for a return once it arrives. (Just refer to our Refund Policy above.)

For subscription orders: You can cancel any upcoming charge by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings. We ask that cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled payment to avoid being charged.
