At SoluWellness, we have a flexible, customer-first refund policy designed to make things easy and fair. If something’s not quite right, let’s fix it.

We offer full refunds on items returned within 30 days of purchase. All we ask is that the item be in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Here’s how it works: 
  1. Email us at support@soluwellness.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. 
  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies, just ask! We’re here to help. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
