    Good but needs a better pump

    The product works. I massage the product in (and count to forty while I am working the serum into the bags under my eyes). Then, using a tissue, and looking in the mirror, blot the visible residue. I think it's the blotting that prevents me from having white residue on my skin.
    My only problem is that the pump stops working about a third of the way through the bottle. Have to resort to a long stick to get the serum out.

    Works better than other products I’ve tried, but….

    This product does tighten the skin and works better than other products I’ve tried, but a few complaints here….. It often leaves a white film or white flecks in different places that I’ve applied it. It’s inconsistent in how long it lasts. The pump no longer works after using it for 3 weeks! Like others have said, please fix this problem.

    Fix the dispenser!

    Great product, but like most reviews the dispenser stopped working within 2 weeks.
    I have to be careful to make sure no white lumps have been left on my face every time I use it.
    REALLY wish customer service would read these reviews and fix the dispenser problem.

    I’ve bought this many times over the years. I like the results. The only problem is that after awhile the tube clogs and then there is no getting it out.

    The only problem is that once you unlock the seal and use it, the next day, the tip comes out with a little hard cream and leaves white spots on my face.

    Find a better pump

    The product does what they say. Problem is the pumps are of a terrible design. I bought more of this product thinking I just had a bad pump and replaced the one that would not pump anymore with a new one. 2 weeks and that pump stopped working. Took a needle and spent 15 minutes cleaning it out and it started to work again. Poor design.
